1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the Baitul Fiber network, including our residential, business, or CCTV services, you agree to comply strictly with all conditions outlined in our Terms of Service.

2. Service Usage Standards

Our bandwidth allocation is generous, but any malicious use of the Baitul Fiber network (including DDoS attacks, network tampering, or distribution of illegal materials) will trigger an immediate suspension of service and a thorough review of the associated account.

3. Uptime & Billing Obligations

Baitul Fiber maintains a strict 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement on enterprise tiers. In exchange, clients are expected to process service payments punctually. Failure to meet standard monthly commitments within the defined grace period can result in the temporary suspension of internet access.

4. Amendments

Baitul Fiber reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified whenever major network conditions undergo revision.
